Jubrique, white mountain village and Chestnut Forest

The circular route from the village Jubrique through the chestnut forest is specially beautiful in the flowering season and in autumn. With stunning views to the surrounding mountains and white villages

We start and end our hiking tour at the village, a short way down to the river and over a hanging bridge (don't worry, it's not a scary one). From the river up, we follow a well prepared path uphill, manly in the shade, and it is still cooler in the morning. The views are stunning all along our way. Once we reach the higher part of the route, we take a little break and hike back over country lanes to the village. Before heading back to the coast, we can enjoy some tapas and a cool drink in the village. It's aver scenic drive to get to the village and back.
