We start our route along the Conejeras circular route, in the middle of a beautiful oak forest, past one of many fire fighting reservoir at the nature reserves in Andalusia. The second part of our route takes us to the ruins of an old farmhouse at the foot of the Sierra Carboneras. This part of the route has manly bush vegetation, the landscape is drier and more rocky, a lot of forest was cleared at the time of charcoal production.
At the end of the route we drive to a charming, very small village in the mountains close by, to enjoy the local specialties of the region.
