Beautiful, challenging route through the Sierra Prieta near Casarabonela. With a wonderful view from the Mirador de la Campana, the Puerto de la Madera, the Puerto de las Amoladores to the summit

Our route leads us up from the north side of the Sierra Prieta, on steadily rising, well-marked paths to the highest peak of the mountains (1,518 m). We take the first break at the "Mirador de la Campana" viewpoint, a strange stone arch with a wonderful view, before we continue our way to the summit. The way back from the summit to the pass "Puerto de la Madera" we go on the southern side, from there we return to the starting point on the same path. The view of the surrounding mountain ranges "Sierra de las Nieves, Sierra Alcaparaín and Sierra de Mijas" is spectacular
