Hiking to the top of Navazo Alto (1,395 m) from Villaluenga del Rosario in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. Including a special visit to the anual cheese festival

From the beautiful village of Villaluenga we hike up into the Sierra de Grazalema with stunning views of the village and the entire area, to the summit of Navazo Alto. Specially beautiful in spring, this area is famous for orchids. We return to Villaluenga on a path on the south side of the mountain. It is a very beautiful route, but with steep and rocky sections of the path, both in ascent and descent.

The Sierra de Grazalema was declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.

This time we take the opportunity to visit the XII Feria del Queso held in Villaluenga this weekend, a fair that has become a gastronomic event, already has about 20,000 visitors each year.
