Beautiful and very pleasant walk along the Valley of the Guadiaro River, at the Serranía de Ronda, including a nice short train ride

On the way to the starting point with the SUR-walks minibus, we stop briefly at the "Cueva del Gato", an impressive cave with a waterfall. Our day tour starts with a short train ride in the valley of the Guadiaro River, from there we follow the hiking trail along the river and the railway line through a landscape of oaks, poplars, dwarf palms and flowers typical for Andalusia's hinterland, passing old farmhouses, herds of goats, horses...

Before we start our return journey, we can eat local specialities in an excellent restaurant near the railway station.
