Easy hike along the coast of Sotogrande, a nature reserve with lagoons, cork oaks and flowering bushes. Between the villa district at the marina and Gibraltar

To get to the starting point of the hike, we drive through the harbour and the villa district of Sotogrande. Hardly anyone would expect to find such a wonderful, almost untouched stretch of coastline just behind it. A forest of cork oaks separates the coast from the residential area. We hike along the coast, between freshwater lagoons and bush vegetation, towards Gibraltar and back along the beach. At the end of the hike, we have the opportunity to have lunch at a chiringuito (beach bar) or in the harbour.
