An easy route along the coast of Sotogrande, a nature reserve between the residential area and Gibraltar. Along sandy paths behind the dunes, fresh water lagoons, rivers and ruins, up to the Torrecarbonera lighthouse

To get to the starting point of the walk, we cross the harbour and the residential area of Sotogrande. Hardly anyone would expect such a wonderful, almost wild coastline right behind. A cork oak forest separates the coast from the residential area, we walk along the coast, between the freshwater lagoons and the bushy vegetation, in the direction of Gibraltar until we reach the lighthouse of Torrecarbonera and walk back along the beach. At the end of the walk, we have the opportunity to have lunch in a Chininguito and take a swim in the sea.
